Wow! These are great! Udell is such a great cook.
2-4 chicken breasts, cut into small squares
mushrooms, chopped
olives, chopped
bean sprouts
water chestnuts
Stir fry above ingredients in sesame oil and olive oil. Add:
Crushed garlic
Ground ginger or fresh ginger root
Soy sauce
Stir fry flavor packet
Celery and garlic salt
Serve in lettuce leaves with rice, grated carrots, and red and/or green bell peppers. Dip in peanut sauce or plum sauce purchased from the grocery store.
