Pecan Fingers

1 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 TB water
¼ tsp salt
2 cups flour
2 cups pecans
Preheat oven to 300°. Cream together butter and sugar, then add vanilla, water, and salt. Add flour and pecans. Shape into fingers and bake for 20-30 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar, cool and roll again in powdered sugar.
