8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
4 potatoes, cubed
1-10.75 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
1-10.75 oz can evaporated milk
1 TB cornstarch
1-1 oz pkg dry onion soup mix
Put the chicken pieces and potatoes into a slow cooker. Combine the soup, milk, cornstarch and dry soup mix and pour over chicken and potatoes. Cook for 8-10 hours on low. Serve.
