Bread Pudding

I usually triple this recipe, and cook it in the large baking bowl that I mix it in. This is extra yummy if served warm with a little cream poured on top. Will serve approximately 10-12.
3 slices fresh white bread cubes
2 TB melted butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
¼ cup sugar
2 cups milk, scalded
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ cup raisins
Combine sugar, salt, vanilla, cinnamon, egg and butter. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly. Add bread cubes and raisins. Mix thoroughly. Put into buttered baking dish and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
