Pecan Fingers

1 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 T water
¼ tsp salt
2 cups flour
2 cups pecans
Cream together butter and powdered sugar. Add vanilla, water, and salt; mix well. Add flour and pecans. Shape into fingers. Bake at 300° for 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven and roll the fingers in powdered sugar. Let cool, then roll in powdered sugar again.
