1 cup water
1 cube butter
1 cup flour
½ tsp salt
Bring water and butter to a boil. Remove from heat and add flour and salt. Stir together until mixture pulls from the side of pan into a ball. Remove from stove and cool 5 minutes. Add 4 extra large or 5 large eggs, one at a time. Stir each time until dough comes back to a good ball. Put on greased cookie sheet by heaping teaspoonfuls. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes and then at 350° for 20 minutes.
After puffs are cooked, slice off top and add cooled filling, then ice with powdered sugar icing.
