1 16-oz pkg wide noodles
1 cup corned beef, cubed
¼ lb cheddar cheese, cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
½ cup chopped onions
¾ cup bread crumbs or cornflake crumbs
Cook noodles in salted water. Layer noodles, corned beef, and cheese in baking dish. Mix together soup and milk, and pour over top. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
NOTE: This is how the recipe was written, and it doesn’t say how to use the onions and bread crumbs. I would assume the onions go in the main layers and the crumbs on top, but I’ll let you make your own assumptions!
