2 cups sifted flour 1 tsp nutmeg
½ cup white sugar 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ cup brown sugar 1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs, beaten ½ tsp salt
½ cup oil ½ tsp cinnamon
1 cup canned pumpkin 1 tsp baking powder
1 cup dates, cut up ¼ tsp cloves
½ cup raisins ¾ cup walnuts
Sift dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix oil and egg together. Add dry ingredients and blend. Add pumpkin and dates; mix well. Add raisins and walnuts. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until done.
