Peach Delight

Any type of fruit will work for this dessert. Try raspberries and raspberry jello. Yummy!
Crust:
2 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
6 TB powdered sugar
1 cube butter, softened
Mix together like regular pie crust. Place ½ of mixture in bottom of 9x13” cake pan.
Filling:
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 TB cornstarch
1 pkg orange jello
4-5 cups sliced peaches
In saucepan, mix water, sugar, and cornstarch. Bring to a boil; cook until clear. Add jello. Chill, then add peaches. Pour over graham cracker crust.
Mix 2 envelopes of Dream Whip, add ½ cup powdered sugar. Fold in 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese. Pour over the top of fruit mix. Sprinkle remaining graham cracker mixture over the top. Serve.
